The products and services we offer always undergo quality control during the manufacturing process and once again before being shipped to our customers. Due to the current growth and malicious use of Artificial Intelligence, especially generative AI, this store (and all it and/or those who represents) does not offer any return or refund services (with the one and only exception explained in paragraph no.5 of the Shipping Policy section of this Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy).

In case of that exception, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We process your orders 24 hours after they are placed and payment is confirmed. Shipping can take 5-45 business days (it won't usually take too long), depending on the destination. Some packages may take longer to process during peak seasons such as November and December. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by natural or environmental disasters, transit and transportation accidents and/or historic/political events. In such cases, please contact the shipping company responsible for the delivery of your package.

If your purchase has not yet been processed or shipped after 45 days due to any negligence on our part or our partners's, please kindly contact us by email and clearly explain the situation. As soon as we read your email, investigate the matter, and confirm your emailed statement, we will process you a refund of the amount paid on such purchase. We will, as well, offer you a re-send of your order plus a compensation item of our choise based on the items of that order as an apology.

In the event that the package was lost during shipping, we would have been willing to cooperate with the shipping and delivery company to the fullest extent physically possible. However, once the order is shipped, the shipping and delivery companies are the responsible ones for the status and location of the packages until the time of delivery.

It's worth noting that some items are shipped from various locations, as not all items are manufactured by a single manufactory and different products may not get deliverd at the same time and/or package.
